Q. How can I become a corporate sponsor
A. Register online - all benefits of sponsorship are detailed Register Securely Online. You may also download the Corporate Sponsorship Brochure which details the benefits.
Q. We get two free attendees, how do we register them?
A. Use event registration selecting vendor sponsor and pay by check. Fees will be waived but you'll see them as $0.
Q. What are the display accommodations?
A. Typically the tables at 6 feet long. Electrical outlets on are each wall but bringing an extension cord would be wise.
Q. What are the setup/take down times?
A. Setup can begin at 7:30am / take down after the last break (which is typically at 3pm). We do encourage all participants to visit the vendor displays AND serve refreshments in a manner that reinforces these locations.

Q. Directions to the event?
A. Click http://www.sheppardpratt.org, then select link for Conference Center.
Q: How do I ship items to the Conference Center?
A: If you are shipping via UPS, please ensure that you send your material to arrive at Sheppard Pratt at least two days before the event. UPS delivers to the shipping department at Sheppard Pratt and it usually takes 1-2 days to get the material over to the Conference Center.
